Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Big Feet Pajamas! If you need to return or exchange any item, we've made the process simple.

Refund Policy

Standard Returns: 30 days from the delivery date to return for a refund.

Holiday Extension: Purchases made between November 20th and December 24th have until February 1st to return for a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window: 45 days from the date of delivery to return for an exchange or store credit.

Return Requirements

All items returned must meet the following conditions:

  • In their original and resale condition
  • Neither washed nor worn
  • Free of any animal hair
  • Neatly folded and packaged
  • Include original tags

Items sent back in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a $5 pressing/cleaning fee.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

Include the following in your return package:

  • Your invoice or order number
  • Written instructions specifying whether you want a refund or exchange
  • For exchanges: detailed instructions on the size/style you want

Step 2: Exchanges - Additional Requirements

USA Exchanges: Include a phone number or email with your detailed instructions on your preferred exchange item.

International Exchanges: Include payment for reshipping charges:

  • $14 for first pair of PJs; add $2 per additional pair
  • Include a check or instructions to bill your credit card or PayPal for international reshipping charges

You may use any carrier. We suggest obtaining tracking for all packages sent to us.

Refund Processing

Big Feet Pajama Co. will refund the full cost of the garment if all of the above conditions are met. Shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

Note: If the returned items reduce your order total sufficiently to disqualify the order for the promotional discount received, your refund will be adjusted by the value of the reward or discount.
