30 days from delivery date for refunds
EXCHANGES
45 days from delivery date for exchanges or store credit
HOLIDAY EXTENSION
Purchases made between November 20th and December 24th have until February 1st to return for a refund
REQUIREMENTS
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items must be free of animal hair.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds for qualifying returned items will be credited back to the method used for payment, for the original amount paid less the amount of promotional considerations received. These promotional considerations include but are not limited to, free shipping, BOGO, tier discounts, etc., and will only reduce refund amounts when the returned item(s) impact or disqualify the original promotional offer.
Refunds on returns beyond 30 days may be approved for a store credit.
We typically process refunds within 2 business days and your bank should reflect your credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact customer service.

Damagesd and other Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or greatly discounted items purchased from Clearance or Overstock pages.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
